Types of data processed, purposes and legal basis for processing
The common personal data (personal details, contact details) is collected and processed for marketing purposes (sending of newsletters), in any form and on any medium (e.g. paper, CD, digital).
The legal basis for processing data is therefore the consent of the Data Subject.

Disclosure of data to third parties – Data recipients
The Company may disclose data processed for marketing purposes to internal company staff who deal with preparation of brochures and posters, management of the company blog, newsletters and also external company communications

Transfer of data to Third Countries
The Controller does not transfer the processed data to Third Countries.

Processing methods, data storage period and criteria
The data will be processed on paper and digitally. The Controller will process the data for the period necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and until the data subject withdraws consent.

Providing of data
Providing data relating to images for company brochures/posters is optional and conditional upon the data subject’s consent. The above purposes cannot be pursued if the data is not provided.

Rights of the data subject, withdrawal of consent and lodging a complaint with the Supervisory Authority
The data subject to whom the personal data refers has the right of access to their personal data, at any moment, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.
In any case, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
In the case of a presumed infringement, if the conditions are satisfied, the data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the Member State of his or her habitual residence or in the EU Member State which is his or her place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

Profiling and automated decision-making processes
Automated decision-making processes (such as profiling) are not used in processing.
